We ship all our products through FedEx. In case you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you’ll have to pay extra fees for the delivery of your order.
You’re requested to notify us immediately of any damaged order. We’ll need pictures of the damaged box and the shipping material to investigate what caused the damage. If you fail to do so, we won’t be able to help you.
